Well, I have to say that hasn't been my experience. I ordered a monitor from
them, which arrived with fairly large gashes across its face. They were
extremely reluctant to make it right, and I ended up shipping it back to
them for a refund, which was minus the to and fro shipping costs.
I understand that others have had good experiences with them, but I'd be
careful.
