Actually Northern Sask is quite nice.
I've spent a couple summers up near PA and it's pretty darned decent.

Southern Sask is pretty flat, but then so is southern AB, especially
near the Sask border.

And, FYI, Sask seems to have pretty decent infrastructure for hi speed
nearly everywhere.
Not sure why
