That's great. I literally woke up this holiday morning planning to work on
the program, or to start again on my REALBasic version.

I had come across the following while I was trying (unsuccessfully) to build
the app on OS 9, but maybe someone could use it on OS X:

"Now comes the Application building part! To make our .jar file into
something that can be double clicked by a user just like any other Mac
application, we need to use the MRJAppBuilder program that came with the MRJ
SDK. The MRJAppBuilder program takes your Jar file and a properties file and
configures a double clickable application for you. This process is divided
into two separate steps. Making the properties file and building the
application."

See http://www-personal.umich.edu/~arosenbl/features/javaos9.html

I also came across this one, but I have no idea whether it works:

"This utility is designed to generate double-clickable Macintosh OS X
applications from Java application JAR files. This works both from within
ant, and from the command line, whether development is performed on an Apple
Macintosh or not. "

Apparently the executable can be built on Windows and copied to OS X, but
then the execute bit needs to be set.

In any case, I am glad you are back on the project, and I will start playing
with the new version. Hope you like your new home.

Eric
