True.

When I ran R/C cars, we would chill our NiCads before, during, and after
charging them. Our cars ran faster, longer, more reliably. When the
batteries ran down, we discharged them to 0, and cycled them regularly.
It was a *major* pain in the arse. NiCads suck FWIW.
