The article I read (which was linked to from a spoof on
crazyapplerumors) gave some possibilities: to store pictures from your
camera when its internal store gets full (and you don't want to run
home and connect to your computer), or connect a keyboard to it and
edit your calendar, to-do list, and addresses on the iPod,... other
stuff. Check it out.
