Yes that was my feeling as well. Replaced the 38 with the higher setting.
But I wanted to ask around before I started trusting it for my backups. :)

added the 115200 selection to NCU options + whatever protocol to comm at
this rate. Nothing else seems changed. Both are on UNNA I'm pretty sure.

Hello all,
There was a modified version of NCU on the net along with a speed package to
install on the newt that would allow 56k transfer speed. I downloaded
before (I think some time last year) but never tried it till last night and
it seemed to work fine, not one hicup. Has anyone ever ran into any
problems with this modified verison of NCU? I definitly don't want to
depend on it if it might corrupt the backups etc.
