Have you made sure you have the latest Keyspan software? What OS are
you running?

Mac OS 10.2.6; Keyspan 1.4 (from Serial Assistant); NewTen 1.2;
NewtSync 0.3k

I have not had success with the iCal sync of NewtSync. All meetings are
an hour off. Address sync works great. Lately I have been using Palm
Desktop 2.6.x with NCU in the Classic environment. Delivery 0.1 has
been my package installer of choice over my Airport card to my Newt
with Lucent Orinoco Gold I just got off ebay. Nice and fast.
