[NTLK] Macro's for Newton?

Could anyone tell me if there has been made some sort of 'Macro
language' for Newton? Like Quickeys for Mac. Specifically, I like to
be able to do two things at the moment:

1. Open the in/out box with one key combination. (I know there are
menu bar utilities like eMate backdrop that add quicklinks, but I
like a key combination better).

2. I very much like to use a few 'macro' key functions with NewtonWorks:
<cmd del> = delete word (i.e. short for shift+option right arrow / del)
<shift+cmd arrow right> = select till end of line
<shift+cmd arrow down> = select till end of paper
etc.

Oh, and is there a utility that can change the cursor speed?

Thanks a lot.
