None that I'm aware of. So, you have an Apple AirPort Base Station, plus
a software Base Station on one of your machine? Are you sure that the
AirPort Base Station is not configured to server IP addresses? I
mistakenly had a similar setup where my ABS was configured to distribute
IP addresses to computers connecting to it, but I also had a DHCP router
running on my LinkSys cable/dsl router. And, although it did work, I was
unable to access my AppleTalk network. Until I realized that by
distributing IP addresses, my ABS was actually also running as a DHCP
server, and although it was able to get through the router fine, I had
some kind of 2 networks at home. Then, I realized that my router was
already acting as a DHCP server, and thus, my ABS didn't have to
distribute addresses. It only had to serve as a bridge between my
wireless devices and the Linksys router. Once I turned off IP addresses
distribution on the ABS, everything worked fine.

So, I would check the settings in both your ABS and your software Base
Station, just to make sure they are not fighting each other to act as
DHCP server.
