Well, on a whim, I sent a request to our company
cafeteria to offer Poutine and I included a reciepe
that was linked to from this list....

So, on tuesday I'm going to go down to the cafeteria
and see what they did to make Poutine...They're really
pretty good about keeping authentic tasting food. The
Chinese food is by a gourmet chinese restaurant here
in DC, and on thursday, they're going to have German
food! Weiss Wurst, Sourbratten, schnitzels and all
kinds of stuff...
