i've got a lw from 1992 connected to a dayna etherprint hip-bone connected
to the g4/450 leg-bone... :-)
as long as a i keep it warm it doesn't smear the toner and prints perfectly
(although a little slow...) but its a great price-per-page cost... i got it
free.

There are still an amazing number of these printers still in service, and
I'm pretty sure that all the LWIIs (from NT to the later 'g' ethernet
models) have exactly the same body parts. I found a IIg in a dumpster
(somebody dropped it and cracked it in half), stuck the motherboard in my
old NT and had a much better printer!
