The big, bold font is Chicago 12. The smaller bold font ("Telephone" in
the "Alan Smithee" entry) is Chicago 10. The smallest font isn't Chicago,
but neither is it Espy sans -- the "g" is very different, as is the "M"
-- I have no idea _what_ it is.
