correct, many of the coomands (including Reload) operate on cache items. for
docs in Notes and Newtworks, you can open/save but that's about it. (it
could be made to work for other sources, but then Reload, for example, would
have to check various sources (or remember where) to find current doc: in
cache, or in Notes, or in Newtworks, ...)
