Flash is about $10 per meg for the kind needed in small amounts. There is
already 4 MB of flash on the main board (and 4 MB of dram). Making the
card would be about $20-50 if a 2 or 4 layer board is needed. So without
the cost of labor my random estimate is $100-150. That easily pays for
the ATA driver and buys a much larger card....
