There's a paint remover whose full name escapes me, but it has "chemelion"
in the name. (Newt <-> chamelion, how ironic) It will remove ALL paints, and
will not harm plastics. It's listed in model railroad catalogs such as
Walthers, or your hobby shop may carry it.
