Can you create the stream manually in MAD Max? The address is
http://stonehopper.dyndns.org:8056/. The packages you should have
installed are NHttpLib.pkg, MAD Newton.pkg and MAD Max.pkg.

PS: streaming playback via the codec looks about 80% good. Two problems
remain: throtteling the incoming data flow and a problem with truncated
frames. Otherwise, 128kbit streams might very well be playable. Stay
tuned.
