Did you bother to run a trace on the IP address??
If you did you would see that that is not the originating computer,
rather it is the Comcast mail gateway, all that this shows is that
both mails were routed through the same mail gateway and Comcast have
configured their server to strip the originator details and substitute
their own IP, not uncommon and it means that the mail could have come
from any of several thousand machines that are routed through that
server.
Try feeding the IP into something like NeoTrace and you will see what
I mean.
