It doesn't. The credit card is approved in seconds. The transfer of
monies to your account is held 3-4 days. Why? They must like the float!
I get 2 day or less automatic transfer from my regular merchant account.
PayPal has to be physically requested for a money transfer. They do pay
a small amount of interest on held funds, though. PayPal charges low
fees, so this is the way they make their money.
