Interestng... if they really have fraudulent info, then the original
poster might want to consider filing a complaint via ebay's "SafeHarbor"
as fraudulent contact info is (IIRC) a violation of the terms of service.

That said, I can only speak to my own experiences with them. I won a
2000U and a dongle via two separate auctions about a day apart. They
agreed to send the dongle included in the shipping for the 2000U.

When the 2000U arrived, there was no dongle. I wrote back to them,
quoting the original mail exchange, and got no response. A few days
later, a small padded envelope arrived containing a dongle.

Condition: 2000U was in generally good condition- some glue residue on
the back, a missing door clip, and the "cap" at the end of the battery
was loose. No obvious jaggies or scratches, though the stylus is a bit
unevenly worn. (I'm currently using one of the plastic eMate ones as I
actually prefer the feel. Though I may order a PDA Panache one.) As for
the missing door clip- I gather that this was what ticked off the
original poster. In my case, from reading the list, it was on my list of
things to expect. (Though I just about keeled over when I saw the final
bid on a recent auction for a door clip.)

Loving my MP2000U... trying to decide what to do with the MP120/2.0 and
MP110.
