First Sunday after the first Full Moon after the Vernal Equinox. Easy to
remember, right?

So the first Sunday after the full moon Sabbat after the Ostara Sabbat, is
Eostre's day. Germanic roots, I believe. A fertility Goddess, with eggs as
one of her symbols.
