I don't want to sound like I'm always plugging the same company, but when
it comes to hard to find Newton stuff they're still one of the best

(in German) Go to their "online-shop" and look for Newton-Zubehoer and
then the Targus Carrying Case. It runs about 120 German Marks which is
about $55, but there's a picture and it looks like it fits the criteria
you mentioned, i.e. snug but with extra room.
