RiverRun have removed all of their Newton pages, but they're in the
Internet Archive:

According to that page, MOTR also requires that you run an "Agent" machine
on a Windows box. So, the Newton would talk to the Agent and the agent
would talk directly to MS Exchange/CC:Mail/whatever.
