I was looking at the instructions for Newton Press and
there is no way to create a dynamic sizable book. You
can create books for "Universal", "Normal", MP2k emate
in landscape and portrait modes. They also offer a
2-up mode...whatever that is.
I'm going to experiment with the various modes...I'ld
hate to have a seperate book posted for all possible
formats!

That said, I have created a Paperback format book that
I know works great on my MP2k (full screen and user
adjustable fonts) I don't know how it works on mp1x
machines, but try it...let me know. Meanwhile I'll
experiment on the other book formats.
