[NTLK] Best and easiest way to capture SCREENSHOTS?

Okay folks,
Here's another question. Of course I come to you because most are very
knowledgeable and experienced.

      Here's the question:
      What is the best way and the simplest way to capture screenshots?

I'm thinking along the lines of installing one simple little package and
exporting a screen shot as one of those black and white pictures. A package
that will work from an OMP to the MP 2100 and eMate.

Why do I need this? Wouldn't you like to see the pictures of the packages
before installing them? Hmmm. Future project? Maybe.
