By the sheer fact that there are papparatzie (sp?) in
this world is proof that taking someone's photograph
and publishing it is not illegal. In fact, here in the
states, even if you are in your own home with all the
doors and windows closed, if you can be viewed from a
public thourough-fare, someone can take your picture
and publish it anywhere they want...as long as the
image isn't liablous (sp). Hence all those "voyeur"
websites. If you are viewable from a public right of
way, you can have your picture taken and displayed.
Certain countries may have different laws, but since I
live in the states, that's the only laws I'm familiar
with.
