I couldn't access the other address either but as I recall this doesn't play midi files on Newton. Correct me if I'm wrong... So I'm cooking up an idea: How about making MID -> MOD conversion and then playing the midi file? There're plenty of MID to MOD converters available for MS-DOS. It needs instrument set to work of course...
