Nice clean design. Good use of related links--great way to use
hyperlinking to educate users. I like the "bread crumb" navigation in the
upper left, but it's hard to find. I would consider switching its
location with the center nav bar.
Two points that hit me when I was going through the site.
1. Tell users what language the site they're jumping to is in.
2. Allow user reviews of sites, software....
