Wow... they haven't done this up in Canada yet. I'm connected right now
using my freewwweb ID, surfing and using SSH normally.

Here in Canada, freewwweb uses UUNet as the dialup provider. If you go
here:

http://www.uu.net/network/pops/

You can get lists of UUNet numbers by country, which probably correspond to
freewwweb's access numbers.
