Reproducing 5 year old T-shirts is a different deal entirely."

How about 5 year old serial numbers? what does the age of the subject have
to do w/copyright?

Marty wrote "Is it illegal to take a photo of someone wearing said
T-shirt?"
No, and I never said that it was/is. It IS illegal for you to scan MY photo
and publish it on the web.
It's not about the design on the t-shirt, it's about the right to reproduce
someone else's PHOTOGRAPH! Not the subject matter. If I take a picture of a
brick wall YOU DO NOT have the right to reproduce it. Copyright and the
right to copy something aren't always the samething.
