NTLK Troubles with NCU and Win2K Professional

Hi!
I'm always using the NCU (Newton Connection Utilities) provided with my Newt MP2K on Win98. I've tried to use Win2KPro and i just can transmit small packages, the connection drops all the time. It's impossible to make a full backup!
Anybody knows what's happening? A clue, perhaps?

Exists any other software like NCU but better than NCU?
