The cheapest way is to use Newton Toolkit, Apple's development
environment. You can download it free from Apple's FTP site in the
Development area, or from Planet Newton.
There are others ways as well. There's probably coverage of this in the
Newton Community FAQ (see URL for FAQ in my Info-Newt signature below)
