Unfortunately, Shana's Informed Designer was never available for the
Newton, only the standalone client application Informed Filler. You
needed to design your forms on a Mac or Windows box, and then download
into your Newton, where you could fill them out.

Shana Corporation only has a few technical docs regarding the Newton
platform on their site now. All Newton software seems to have been
purged, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Here's a link to their Newton related
