okay! for some reason, the 'newt has come back to
life! the screen is still completely unresponsive,
though. the date is reset to Weds. Nov 1, 1995, but
my name is still showing up on the screen, so i don't
think it's lost all my data...
the question still remains, though, due to the
unresponsive screen: do i need to get the 'newt
serviced back at Apple or do i have other options?
