Well Glen, actually nothing happened yet.
I was in contact with Michael C Tiernan, my liaison with the author of the
currency updater. Michael would've got all the necessary procedures, etc.
the picture was then to pass on everything to Jacob of DNUG who would set it
up.
We got started to the point where Michael had all the software.
Since then my mails to Michael remained unanswered.
As you said: pity to see such a nice utilty gone.
