Are you running PD when you're trying to sync. That won't work. What you
have to do is 1) quit PD; 2) make a copy of the CO2.0 file in the
Intellisync folder in NCU's folder (put it anywhere you want, and name it
anything you want); 3) launch NCU and use the synchronize feature to sync to
the copy you made; 4) quit NCU; 5) launch PD and open the file you just
sync'd to.
This should work. Keep in mind that you have to quit PD completely before
you can sync (through NCU).
