You didn't remove the right backup file. I do it all the times and I always get a
*full* backup. Go into the NCU folder. There should be a Backup folder there.
Open the backup folder. Remove any file in there and put them somewhere else. In
my case, I created a folder named "Previous Backups" in my NCU folder. So, I
usually put the files there. Make sure that NCU is *not* opened when you move the
backup file. Try that, it should work.
