If this solves the problem the issue may also caused by grit between the
case and the screen. The screen then "reads" that pressure as a constant
pen tap. Twisting may dislodge the grit. The easiest solution is to run
a thin piece of plastic or cardboard (a matchbook cover will do) around
the screen edge and try to dislodge the grit. I would do this before I
opened the case.
