Tonight, I got home, exported my In/Out box with NewtDump and then deleted the messages from the I/O box. Here's the complete results:
(this is all on a clean 2MB card BTW)
BEFORE
Memory Info reports:
used - 731K
free - 1102K
total capacity - 1833K
In/Out Items Storage reports:
Items - 145
Size - 470K
AFTER backing up and deleting entries
Memory Info:
used - 251K
free - 1582K
In/Out Items Storage:
Items - 0
Size - 1K
Even after a reboo& there was still 251k "in use" on the curb even though it *should* contain nothing.
