NTLK looking for user-definable virtual keyboard

Dear fellow Newtoneers,

recently i started to earnestly learn russian and would really like to
use my trusty Newt as a Vocabulary trainer. I already acquired a
cyrillic.pkg font (by Joseph Chen), which shows OK with the russian
Newton book August17.pkg (by V.Korotkin) as well as showing up in
styles+ v2.4, but producing only Times-like latin characters.
Now I'd really like to enter those cyrillic characters at least
through a definable floating keyboard, if not by HWR.
Anyone able to point me to a suitable product/program/freeware/whatever?

Regards,
-- Wolf
