Several freebies exist including PowerPrefs and Freeze Utils (Standalone;
free). Enabling freezing is an option in MoreInfo (Silverware; commercial)
and Options (SBM; free). I have the latter three installed on my box. The
only reason for Freeze Utils is that it will keep the package icon when
frozen and will refreeze an application after I've use it.
