I think so. If you're a small person, you might need a loose jacket. It
would probably be visible and uncomfortable under a suit coat, but it's fine
with an ordinary leather jacket. For comparison, I used to carry a Beretta
(a large semi-auto pistol, popular with police) in a shoulder holster, and
the Newton is _way_ more comfortable.

Only on the side that's against your body. Otherwise, your arm provides the
padding. :-)

No. It would have to slide up. Maybe if you hung upside down...
