They simply add 6 megs of memory for soups (data). They are 5V read / 5V
write cards that can be used in MP2x00 and eMates, I think also 130s.

No impact on speed/performance (except imperceptibly slower).

I believe OMP, 100, 110 and 120 are limited to 4 M cards by the OS.
