The battery pack consists of 4 NiMH batteries that are actually quite easy
to replace yourself (if you're able to solder a bit)
To replace it you'll need a torx 8 screwdriver and 4 NiMH batteries
preferably with soldering lips on them of about 1200 mAh.
(somebody wrote a while ago that he put in 1400 mAh and the only thing that
he got was increased battery life, can't see any drawbacks myself, waiting
for comments from Frank or Dr Newton here ;-)
