Maybe I'm a bit late on this response, but here goes. I use an old piece of
software called Business Forms for this. It's from way back when, written
for the 100/110, but it works okay on my 2100. It even has the good sense to
fill the 2100 screen when I display a form. It includes quite a range of
forms, including expense reports, job estimating, project schedules, and
sales forms. I have no idea where you'd be able to find a copy. I bought
mine used through the 'net. The full name is Money Magazine Business Forms.
