Well, I think that this step was not really necessary.
This Happy99 virus is one fo the viruses which attaches itself to every
Email zou send once you are infected. The Infected person does not even
notice this.
Yes, he should have an Virus-checker running on his machine, but not doing
it is not a reaon to try to block his account.
Well, anyway, the Abuse people at Netcom and or Earthlink won't block his
access due to this incident anyway.
