On my Farallon PN595 10base T card, I read:

EA= 0000C545733B
SN: 6CY145733B
PN: 16-0035-000 REV: A

Never understood all that "cables" stuff: mine has a (thin) one that
ends with a single RJ45 male plug.
No Led(s). Neither on the card or connector.
