Sure. It's called the Notepad. Every Newton has it. ;-) Plus object
(shape) oriented drawing too. No extra charge.

But seriously,if you want more (patterns, grayshades) there are several
similar things out there, whose names escape me at the moment.
NewtPaint, I think, is one. Folks?

If you have NewtonWorks on a 2x00 or eMate, you also have a Draw program
that's more powerful than the notepad. It's floating around on the 'Net,
too (probably at NewtonCage or Victor Rehorst's mirror of NewtonCage).
