NTLK MacIP for OS 2.0 Machines?

Does anyone know if it is possible to use MacIP (TCP/IP tunneled through
LocalTalk) on OS 2.0 machines? I have a copy of NIE 1.1, but it does
not have the LocalTalk package. My copy of NIE 2.0 does not work on my
MP120 with OS 2.0. Was there ever a LocalTalk package for NEI 1.1, or
did anyone ever write any software to accomplish this?

If I could accomplish this, I should be able to wirelessly access the
internet on my 120 through a DynaComm PC card and Network Access Point.
That would be great.
