You can contact the creator of that site, Charles Mangin, at
newton@option8.com.
Also feel free to submit the book to Info-Newt. Either email it to me at
billdavis@info-newt.com (if it's more than a few hundred K, don't email
it) or billd@ecity.net, or you can log it with an ftp client to our
Contributions folder, which is at:
ftp://ftp.info-newt.com/Contribution/
When you do, you'll be prompted for an ID and password, both are
"newtgifts". This will permit you to upload.
You can also use a web browser and go to:
http://www.info-newt.com/archives/Contributions/
(which is actually the same place as the ftp address above) and you'll
find a little "upload" form at the bottom of the page. No password or ID
required in this case. Use the "Browse" button to select the file to
upload, then press the Upload button. Send me an e-mail to let me know
you've made a submission. I'll move it to the /Books folder and
(temporarily) put a copy in the /Recent folder. If you tell people about
it's location in the /Contributions folder, please note that it WILL be
removed from their fairly quickly to the /Recent folder (for a month or
two) and the /Books folder (permanently).
