I have sent two Newtons to Apple Canada last summer for repair. It took no
more than 4 business days to get back the Newts in working order. Great
service!

And it's 189$CAN, which is a lot less than the 189$US that Americans have to
shell out. For once, being a Canadian Apple customer has its advantages...
